In 2014, the company's first-generation prefabricated product "Solid Shear Wall Structure System"
took the lead in the construction of "Shenyang MHome MLord Impression" with a planned construction
area of 1.22 million square meters, which became a demonstration building and business card for the
industrial implementation of residential buildings in Shenyang.
In May 2015, Vice Minister Yi Jun of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development visited the
project in person.
▲ Wuhan MHome Gentlefolk
In 2014, prefabricated prefabricate shear wall structure was adopted to build the MHome Gentlefolk Project. The building is a 33-story high-rise building with an installation height of 98.9m and a prefabrication rate of 78%, both of which were the highest in China at that time.
In 2016, it was commended by the "Prefabricated Building Science and Technology Demonstration Project" of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
In 2018, it was awarded the "GUANGSHA PRIZE" and became the first prefabricated project in Hubei Province to win this honor.

The project consists of three plots, K1, K2 and K3, with a total construction area of 227,000 m2. It is the second prefabricated hardcover high-rise residential building in Wuhan. The double-superimposed shear wall structure system is adopted for 12 buildings. The prefabricated components are external wall panels, balconies, stairs, shear walls, partition boards and composite floors, and the prefabrication rate is over 50%.

The project consists of 11 residential buildings with 4~11 floors, with a total floor area of 81,500 square meters, of which the prefabricated superimposed shear wall structure is adopted for Buildings 5#~10# and the seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees. The sandwich insulation composite wallboard (outer board (60mm) + insulation layer (80mm) +middle cavity layer (150mm) + inner board (50mm)) is adopted for the exterior wall, and the assembly rate is 51%.

The project is located beside the national 4A-level Zipeng Mountain Scenic Area, enjoying the unique natural environment. With high-end villa works such as courtyard, townhouse, duplex, and semi detached villa, and high-end living facilities such as MHome hotels, golf courses, sports parks, and residents' satisfaction centers, an ecological pure villa residential area of about 460,000 square meters will be built. The project was awarded "Kinpan Award, National Best Pre-sale Real Estate Award".

The project is located in "Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone Co-construction Demonstration Zone" built by Wuhan and Honghu city, with obvious location advantages and great regional development potential. As the first core plot of 9.33 square kilometers of a MHome future new city, the first phase mainly focuses on new Chinese low-density courtyard products with a building area of about 128 m2-208 m2.

Buildings 1#, 2#, #3, 5# and 9# of this project are constructed with prefabricated double-sided superimposed prefabricated concrete shear wall structure system, with 17 floors above ground. The total floor area is 42,300 square meters, and the above-ground floor area is 40,100 square meters, accounting for 31.26% of the total above-ground floor area of the project. According to the latest Shandong Evaluation Standard for Prefabricated Buildings (DB37/T51127-2018), the assembly rate of each unit is over 53%.

The project base is located in Aoshan Group Hot Spring Resort, Jimo District, with a construction land area of 49,800m2 and a total floor area of 133,000m2, in which the prefabricated double-sided superimposed concrete shear wall structure system is adopted for Buildings 1#, 2#, 5#, 6#, and 10# (in which Buildings 1#, 5#, and 6# have 17 floors above ground and a building height of 49.30 meters; Building 2 has 18 floors above ground and the building height is 52.20 meters; Building 9 and Building 10 have 16 floors above ground, with a building height of 46.40 meters;) The total building area is 41,900m2, and there are three types of buildings, accounting for 31.42% of the total building area of the project. According to the latest Evaluation Standard for Prefabricated Buildings (DB37/T51127-2018) of Shandong, the assembly rate of each unit is over 51%.

The project is located in the north of Nansan Road and the south of Nanyi Road in Jiaozhou, with a planned total land area of 25,900 m2, a total floor area of 57,900 m2 and an total above-ground floor area of 41,400 m2.
In this project, prefabricated technology is adopted for Buildings 28#, 31#, 32# and 33#, with 10-11 floors above ground. There are 10-11 floors above ground, with a total floor area (including underground) of 15,400 m2, and the total residential floor area above ground is 12,700 m2, accounting for 30.8% of the total above-ground floor area of the project. According to the latest Evaluation Standard for Prefabricated Buildings in Shandong Province (DB37/T51127-2018), the assembly rate of each unit is 50%.

The project is located in Xinzhou District, Wuhan City, with a construction land area of 63,300 m2 and a total floor area of 197,000 m2. The Buildings 6#, 7#, 12# and 13# are constructed with prefabricated double-sided superimposed concrete shear wall structure system (of which the Building 6# has 31# floors above ground and the building height is 90.2 meters; Building 7# has 34 floors above ground and the building height is 98.9 meters; Building12# has 11 floors above ground, with a building height of 33.15m; Building13# has 8 floors above ground, with a building height of 24.15m. The total floor area is 33,000 m2, and there are 2 building types, accounting for 13.76% of the total floor area of the project. According to the Evaluation Standard for Prefabricated Buildings (DBT51129-2017), the assembly rate of each unit is over 30%.
